6-8 potatoes Russet
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
2 cups cheddar cheese
2 cups sour cream
4-6 slices cooked bacon (chopped/cut up)
salt and pepper to tast
Start by pricking the potatoes in different places with a fork. Cook the potatoes for one hour at 400 degrees.
Let cool for 10-15 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine oil, parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, paprika and pepper. Mix well
Cut the potatoes in half, spoon and place in a bowl.
Spread the mixture of oil and parmesan on the top and bottom of each potato skin.
Mix about 1 cup of cheese, sour cream (you can use more or less as you please), cut the bacon, salt and pepper with the potatoes inside. Mix well
Prepare the spoon with the potato skins. Normally, you can fill fewer potatoes than if you fill them a little higher than the bowls (discard the bowls in excess). Sprinkle the potatoes with cheddar cheese.
Bake at 400 ° C for another 16-18 minutes.
