INGREDIENTS

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon all spice
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup light brown sugar packed
3 eggs room temperature
1 1/3 cup buttermilk

Frosting

8 oz cream cheese softened
1/2 cup butter softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 cups powdered sugar
3 tablespoons milk might need more

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 350 ° F (3-6 inches) round fat and flour. Put aside.
