How To Prepare Hasselback Potatoes Recipe
Hasselback potatoes are a fun way to taste a potato. The exterior is fresh and the interior is soft and tender! A perfect accompaniment for every meal.

6 russet potatoes
1/2 cup butter softened
1/4-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons fresh chives, divided chopped
Preheat the oven to 425 ° F. Place the pan with aluminum foil. *
Wash and dry the potatoes making sure the outside surfaces are clean, then dry them.
In a small bowl, combine the softened butter and garlic powder.
Cut the 1/8 inch slits in the potatoes and leave the soil intact. Put 2 chopsticks or a wooden spoon in parallel on a chopping board. Place the potato in the middle of the sticks. Cut slices 1/8 “to 1/4” along the potato. Repeat the process with each potato.
Place the potatoes on the baking sheet.
Spread half of the butter mixture over the potatoes.
